All staff/visitors must enter the office by the door marked as ENTRY.

All staff/visitors before entering the office environment must have temperature checked and then sanitize hands.

All staff must contact the office prior to coming in if they require PPE. Either their Supervisor will supply them in their area or a member of staff in the office will help.

If the staff member is at the office for a meeting they will be asked to leave the office through the EXIT door and go to the training room where the meeting can be conducted taking into account the safe 2-meter spacing guidelines.

If any member of staff should enter the office building they are to wear a mask until their temperature has been taken at the office entrance.

Any member of staff wishing to come into the Office must arrange a time and day that they wish to come in.
